The Hastings Park Conservancy, a volunteer based organization, is always looking for help from motivated members who are able to organize and/or participate in Conservancy and community events to make a difference. If you have ideas, suggestions or can participate, please contact the Conservancy.

Free Sanctuary Nature Walks for 2010:
The Hastings Park Conservancy hosts free nature walks in the Sanctuary at Hastings Park. Meet us at the north-east corner of the Sanctuary for a walk that will last about two hours, rain or shine!
113 species of birds have been identified in this peaceful urban wilderness since it was restored ten years ago. Learn about birds, plants, trees, flowers, aquatic life and more. We want you to share our amazing eastside secret.
Bring binoculars if you have them, but please leave your dogs at home. There is free parking on site for visitors to the Sanctuary, or take the bus to Hastings and Renfrew Streets
